NOIR was conceived at 2am in a small apartment in Chennai, when our founder Arjun Rajan realized that the city he loved deserved a café that matched its hidden sophistication. A place that understood silence, depth, and the quiet luxury of a perfectly made cup.

We source our beans directly from estates in Coorg, Araku Valley, and Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia — working with farmers who share our obsession with quality. Every roast batch is profiled by hand. Every espresso is pulled with intention.

Our kitchen follows the same philosophy: no shortcuts, no compromise. Ingredients are sourced daily. Bread is baked at dawn. The menu changes with the seasons.
